Refund policy

Shipping

We deliver products ordered through our online shop within two to four days by priority mail to customers residing in Switzerland.
Orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, excluding public holidays.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of the order date.

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@paradiscollections.ch or by phone at +44 262 20 50. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached to the following address:

Special orders and custom-made items are excluded from exchanges and returns. Reduced items are also excluded from exchange.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the online purchase. Shipping costs apply when exchanging products.

Transport Damage

All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. If a delivery nevertheless arrives damaged (torn packaging, partially or completely lost products), we kindly ask you to present the shipment to the responsible postal office.
