Our Venice Recommendations

A visit to the Biennale is one of the highlights of a stay in Venice for us. The exhibitions in the Giardini and Arsenale invite you to discover contemporary art and international perspectives. We particularly liked the Spanish Pavilion, where Oriol Vilanova presents an impressive installation of 50,000 postcards.

Also on our list is the Fondazione Dries Van Noten with its first presentation The Only True Protest Is Beauty. In Palazzo Pisani Moretta, an inspiring dialogue between fashion, art, design, and craftsmanship emerges – a place for anyone fascinated by the stories behind creative processes.

If you're looking for a quieter spot away from the hustle and bustle, we recommend the Casa dei Tre Oci on Giudecca. The crossing itself makes the visit special. In addition to Joseph Kosuth's exhibition The Exchange Value of Language Has Fallen to Zero, the historic building offers a unique view of the lagoon and the Venice skyline.
